The 2019 CLA Case Competition submission period was open from March 4 to April 12. The fifth annual competition captured real-life case studies from USAID staff and implementing partners using a CLA approach for organizational learning and better development outcomes.

The 2019 competition received 97 submissions from 61 countries.
