About Me

I am an Evaluation and Performance Monitoring Specialist and Presidential Management Fellow in the office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (LER) in USAID’s Bureau of Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL). I have a varied background that combines political, public and international development sector experience. I have coordinated multi-sectorial development projects, researched national security policy with former U.S. Ambassadors, evaluated public-private partnerships in Sri Lanka, and conducted a global gap analysis of Knowledge Management Systems used by NGOs. I joined the Learning Lab community to benefit from the experiences of fellow development practitioners and contribute to the ongoing discussion around topics such as evaluation best practice and new approaches to knowledge management.
