What Works, What Doesn't, and Why: A Discussion with Partners on Operational Issues with M&E

In partnership with the SID M&E Working Group

USAID and partners very much share the responsibility for accomplishing monitoring and evaluation.  Most of "USAID's" performance monitoring work is done by our implementing partners.  Most of our evaluations are done by outside contractors as well.  The purpose of this session was to talk together about what makes it hard to do this work well?  What can we learn from each other that will allow us to do this better? It is our expectation that this discussion could lead to series of meetings or online discussions.

Review the discussion notes here!

The conversation doesn't have to stop when the meeting is over! We encourage you to leave your comments at the bottom of this page.
