The 2017 CLA Case Competition submission period was open from May 1 to June 16, 2017. The third annual competition captured real-life case studies from USAID staff and implementing partners using a CLA approach for organizational learning and better development outcomes.

The 2017 competition received 100 submissions from 41 countries.
