Dear Mr. Dunworth,

My apologies that you are experiencing difficulties with the video's audio. I've reviewed the volume settings to see if there's any way to increase the overall audio quality. If you continue to experience difficulties, please check that the volume of the video is on its highest setting by opening the link above and hovering over the microphone icon located at the bottom of the screen next to the play button. You may also experience a higher volume level by listening through headphones or speakers plugged into your computer.

I hope this helps, and I thank you for visiting Learning Lab.

Best regards,
Cydney Gumann, USAID Learning Lab team
