This toolkit aims to provide ideas and entry points to a wide range of tools and methods that can help to better share and apply the knowledge that exists within an organization. Many of the suggestions given are not strictly Crisis Prevention and Recovery-specific and can be practical to knowledge management in other practice areas. Presents the five core Crisis Prevention and Recovery Knowledge products: 1) Concept note; 2) Lessons Learned paper; 3) Comparative Experience Paper; 4) How-to-Guide; and 5) Practice Note. The toolkit also explains how to set up and sustain a Knowledge Network or a Community of Practice.
