This toolkit aims to present entry points and references to the wide range of tools and methods that have been used to facilitate improved knowledge and learning in the development and humanitarian sectors. It is a compendium of 30 KM tools and techniques, divided into five categories: 1) Strategy Development; 2) Management Techniques; 3) Collaboration Mechanisms; 4) Knowledge Sharing and Learning Processes; and 5) Knowledge Capture and Storage.
