IN developing a PMP , the CLA plan is part and parcel, however we would like to know how can we best conduct process mapping to inform the CLA plan. We already know what tools and techniques should use within the CLA plan , but we would like to know how process mapping will influence the CLA plan.
The processes are part of the program cycle .....
