Event Description
Get funding to support feedback-related experimentation. We believe that innovation and learning happens best collaboratively. Therefore, we're funding members (and their partners) to collaboratively try-out mechanisms that help push the boundaries on "feedback learning" and closing the loop. Complete the application online in 5 simple steps. Please respect the maximum word limit per section-- the total application is only meant to be two pages long.
Check out a preview of the application here.
The Basics:
- Applications must involve collaboration with at least one Feedback Labs Member.
- Applicants can apply for up to USD 20,000 for short experimentation (approximately 6-months long). We are not looking for randomized controlled trials but thoughtful approaches to learning and adaptation.
- The current deadline for application is Friday February 12th, 2016.
- Applications must complete a short oral presentation (20 min, Q&A inclusive) of their proposal on February 18th from 9-11am ET to Feedback Labs members.
- Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges using the following criteria along with judges’ discretion about what adds the most value to the Feedback Labs community.
- Are the hypothesis and experiment clearly articulated?
- Is the experiment feasible given timeline and resources?
- Does the experiment push the boundary for learning about closed feedback loops?
- Does the team have the capacity to execute the experiment?
- Does the team have the capacity to analyze results and learn?
- Selected applications must:
- Write two short (700-word) blogs (mid-term and final).
- Present their learning at a LabStorm with other Feedback Labs members.
