Event Description

About the Webinar:

USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL) will be hosting a webinar for implementing partners on the recent changes to the Automated Directives System (ADS) Chapter 201 on the Program Cycle. The Program Cycle is USAID’s operational model for planning, delivering, assessing and adapting development programming in the countries in which the Agency works. This webinar is an opportunity for implementing partners to learn about the new changes and how their work will be affected. It will also provide an opportunity for implementing partners to ask USAID subject matter experts questions regarding the policy.

Registration is currently closed. The recorded webinar will be available here on or before December 19th.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Provide an overview of the ADS 201 revisions for implementing partners;
  • Discuss the impact that the revisions will have on partners, and how partners can work with PPL and Mission staff to implement these changes;
  • Share what PPL is doing internally to support Agency staff in implementing the revisions; and
  • Hear from partners about any concerns or issues regarding the revised guidance.

Suggested Participants:

Any implementing partner (current contract or grant awardee) staff that works with USAID, including Chiefs of Party or other leadership, program staff, technical staff, M&E staff, business development staff, etc.

Due to space limitations, current USAID implementing partners will receive preferred registration. We highly recommend that each organization submit one registration request and host a viewing party available to all staff within that organization. We do recognize that some organizations are decentralized and will need multiple registrations. All others will be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is additional space.
