Description

USAID's Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships (LFT) Hub piloted a collaborative redesign approach through the Cooperative Development Program (CDP) in 2020. The collaborative redesign approach is "a process by which implementing partners and USAID come together to pause and reflect, revisit programmatic assumptions, and incorporate early learning into the program plan around 12-18 months in activity implementation (rather than after the midpoint)."

This How-To Note describes the approach and recommendations, as well as shares a sample timeline and agenda, based on the collaborative redesign process that was undertaken with nine activities from February-September 2020.
