January is a great time to look ahead and finalize plans for the coming year. For our first call of 2016, APQC's CEO, Carla O’Dell, and KM Research Program Manager, Lauren Trees, will share their thoughts on the current state of KM and expectations for the coming year.
They will also introduce APQC’s 2016 KM research agenda, tying the proposed research to broader themes they see in the marketplace. The call will conclude with an extended Q&A session where the speakers will address as many audience questions as possible about approaching KM challenges and opportunities and how the latest technologies and methods will affect the field.
