Measuring adaptive learning

I am interested in looking at examples of operationalizing learning plans; comprehensive CLA that integrates with PMP, does anyone have any good examples of learning plans that are integrated with PMPs? Any thoughts on how we can make PMP adaptive so that they connect with learning plans, do we change targets and indicators in the PMP based on what we learn? How acceptable is this to the donors? Finally, are we measuring if we are spending the time to learn during the project, is the time to learn funded by the donors, and how are we measuring if the improved actions are actually improving results? Any good examples where we are doing this would be much appreciated! Thanks, Tanya
