When it comes to CLA --specifically, when it comes to 'global' CLA-- time and space matter. This is not a new revelation, but it merits continued examination because while many of us routinely acknowledge this fact, we are less prone to invest in this time and maintain this space (or at the very least we struggle to determine how to do this). This case examines the efforts undertaken by the PROGRESS Consortium to operationalize a Project-level global Learning Agenda across 10+ Activity teams.
Note: This year's case competition entry form included a new question about whether or not the highlighted CLA approach(es) contribute to a country’s Journey to Self-Reliance.The response to this question was not scored as part of the judging process.
