Event Description
"Positive KM: Transforming KM's impact on Org. Performance using science of Happiness, of Networks and Learning"
"Positive Deviance" is the evidence-based study of what constitutes excellence in individuals, communities and organizations. Many of the high performance practices being identified by researchers overlap with the multi-disciplinary, cross-cutting practices inherent in KM. KM practitioners can leverage these ideas to impact organizational systems and performance in transformative ways.
Participants in this interactive session will:
1. Become familiar with 4 evidence-supported business practices of high-performance organizations.
2. Be introduced to evidence emerging from human sciences which are transforming how to manage org. performance and human knowledge.
3. Be exposed to a market-tested, 3-tiered approach for designing transformations of human systems.
