If you are involved in hiring leadership positions, such as Chiefs of Party, Deputy Chiefs of Party, Technical Directors or Team Leads, Directors of Finance & Administration, and MEL staff, this resource can help you draft position responsibilities and qualifications aligned with collaborating, learning & adapting (CLA) responsibilities, skills, and values. In addition, USAID staff can use this resource to inform key personnel requirements in solicitations. 

If you are currently in a leadership position or managing those who are, you can also use this tool to identify CLA-related responsibilities that may not already be - but should be! - in your position descriptions.
