The Enhancing School Management and Planning (ESMP) Activity aims to improve Jordanian school maintenance through the Maintenance Framework Agreement (MFWA). This initiative streamlines procurement and maintenance processes, addressing significant inefficiencies. Supported by USAID, KfW, and government collaborations, the MFWA has been piloted in four field directorates and is expanding to all 42. The CLA approach fostered continuous learning and external collaboration, enhancing organizational effectiveness. This comprehensive effort, backed by rigorous evaluations and strong partnerships, aims to create a more responsive and efficient school maintenance system across Jordan.
