Establishing a Learning Agenda and Learning Agenda Template

Description

A learning agenda includes a (1) set of questions addressing the critical knowledge gaps impeding informed design and implementation decisions and (2) plans for learning activities to help answer those questions. A basic process for a learning agenda includes three key steps:

  1. Understanding the context
  2. Developing and prioritizing learning questions
  3. Planning and resources learning activities

This resource provides guidance on how to carry out these three steps and includes an editable PDF Learning Agenda template.

In addition, the Learning Priorities Status template is for tracking progress on what learning has been generated and what is still missing.
